A quiet return
to yourself.

Energy healing, psychological tarot, and intimate retreats — a bespoke practice for those ready to move gently, and deeply.

The practice

Three quiet doorways home.

Each offering is designed to meet you exactly where you are — without agenda, without hurry, without noise.

Energy Healing

A gentle, hands-off practice that quiets the nervous system, restores flow, and returns you to your natural rhythm.

Psychological Tarot Reading

A reflective conversation guided by the archetypes - a mirror for the questions you have yet to ask aloud

Retreats

Slow, curated stays in nature. Small circles, intentional rituals, and space to remember what matters

About Liberty

A counsellor by training, a healer by calling.

After more than a decade holding space for others through psychological counselling, my work has quietly evolved. I now weave together the language of the psyche with the wisdom of the body and the intelligence of energy — a practice for those whose questions have outgrown the boundaries of talk alone.
Liberty Wellness is my invitation to move slower, feel deeper, and return — again and again — to what is already whole in you.
Words shared

From those who have walked with me.

"I arrived carrying so much and left feeling as though I could breathe again. The care I received was quiet, precise, and deeply generous."

    Camille R.

"The tarot session felt less like a reading and more like a private conversation with the wiser part of myself. I still think about it months later."

      Sophie L.

      Brussels

"The retreat unlocked something I didn't know was closed. The setting, the pace, the people — everything was held with such intention."

        Marie D.
